HSP stands for Highly Sensitive Person. A HSP is a person with an extraordinarily sensitive nervous system who gets overwhelmed very easily and therefore often finds it hard to copy with the requirements of modern life and human relationships.
To be a HSP is a great gift if you know how to handle it and how to avail of its benefits.
The good news is that you are probably sensitive to beauty, especially that of Nature, and can detect a lot of subtleties in the world around you: from small differences in shades and sounds to moods and emotions of people around you and even subtle energies of the Earth etc. You might also be very intuitive and spiritually connected.
The not-so-good news is that your extremely sensitive nervous system goes into overdrive very easily. You are probably very sensitive to noise, bright lights, crowds, conflicts and criticism.
You might have been called shy, oversensitive, “drama queen” or “scaredy cat” by those who didn’t understand the way you are. The feeling of being overwhelmed and upset might have prevented you from participating in many interesting activities, especially social ones. You might be avoiding overarousal and upset by withdrawing and staying at home on your own a bit more often than you would like.

This will allow you to do many things you always wanted to do but never dared, like going dancing, bungee-jumping, singing publicly, accepting a more demanding position at work or asking someone out for a date.
Befriending your high sensitivity will open a whole new world to you as you will be able to hear your intuition more clearly and to relate with people, Nature and the Source at a much higher, more subtle level. The proportion of Bio-Energy Therapy sessions and coaching sessions varies in each individual case. I typically use more Bio-Energy Therapy at the beginning of the process and combine each session with a talk. Later, when you find that you are coping better, Coaching Sessions will take more time during our meetings than Bio-Energy Therapy.
Sessions are available via Skype or in person. In my experience visible progress occurs after just a few sessions.
