Tuesdays 11am – 6pm

The sessions are conducted in a cosy therapy room.
Directions to Body & Mind Health Centre: Turn right at the Clock Tower in the centre of Westport, follow the road for a very short bit and turn left at St. Patrick’s column. Keep going towards the quays and then follow the road for another bit. Body & Mind Health Centre is two doors from Shebeen Pub on the Westport side. It’s less than 5 minutes drive from the centre of Westport.
A Bio-Energy Therapy session, whether in person or distant, is a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Many people whose issues I have successfully treated come back to me just for this reason! During the session you sit on a chair or lie on a massage bed and you are fully dressed at all times.
